Our commitment

Packmold is committed to sustainable paper cup manufacturing and responsible business practice. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach covers environmental stewardship, product and food safety, responsible sourcing, workplace safety, and governance. We manufacture only paper cups and are not involved in other packaging or distribution; this focus allows us to invest in better materials, processes, and outcomes for our customers, workers, and the environment.

Environmental responsibility

We choose materials and processes that reduce environmental impact. We use premium paper from ITC and JK for our products. Our single-wall cups use 300 GSM as the Packmold standard—higher than the typical 220–250 GSM used elsewhere in India—which supports durability and reduces the need for double-wall where possible. Our cups are aqueous (aquas) coated rather than plastic-lined (PE). Aqueous coatings are water-based, contain far fewer polymers than polyethylene lining, and offer a more sustainable choice for single-use paper cups as demand and regulation shift toward lower plastic use. Our facilities hold environmental certifications including ISO 14001 and pollution consent (CTE/CTO) for air and water compliance. We are committed to complying with applicable environmental laws and to improving our footprint over time.

Product responsibility and quality

We take product and food safety seriously. Our facilities are certified to ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 22000 and HACCP (food safety), and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety). We hold PT (product testing) certificates, export and import certifications, and a valid factory licence. Embossed Ripple is our core product: a textured, premium paper cup that combines insulation and a distinctive look. Very few manufacturers in India specialise in Embossed Ripple cups; Packmold is one of them. We focus on customisation from as low as 10,000 pieces and serve leading brands including Reliance (Wildbean) and Adani (Sky Bites, Tea Tapri, GI Juice), among others.

Responsible sourcing

We source paper and other materials from established suppliers such as ITC and JK and expect our supply chain to meet quality, legal, and ethical standards. We do not accept forced or child labour and expect suppliers to uphold fair labour practices and applicable laws. We are committed to reviewing and strengthening our responsible sourcing practices as we grow.

Workplace and people

We are committed to a safe, fair, and respectful workplace. Our operations are aligned with ISO 45001 and applicable labour laws. We invest in training and equipment to protect our workers and to maintain consistent quality. We do not discriminate on the basis of gender, caste, religion, or other protected grounds and expect the same from our partners.

Community and social initiatives

We believe in giving back to the communities where we operate. Our community and social initiatives are being developed and will be updated here as we formalise programmes in education, skill development, or local environmental action.
