Packmold works with trusted suppliers of raw materials, machinery, and services to deliver quality paper cups and packaging to our customers. We source paper, coatings, inks, and other materials that meet our specifications and regulatory requirements. What we look for in suppliers

We prioritise suppliers who can demonstrate consistent quality, on-time delivery, and transparency in their processes. For materials that come into contact with food, we require evidence of food safety management (e.g. ISO 22000, HACCP, or equivalent) and compliance with applicable regulations. We value long-term partnerships and prefer suppliers who can scale with us and support our growth in paper cups and related packaging.

Environmental and social responsibility matter to us. We favour suppliers who minimise waste, use sustainable or certified sources where relevant, and uphold fair labour practices. Documentation such as environmental certifications, chain-of-custody, or responsible sourcing statements can strengthen your profile when you approach us.

How to submit your profile

If you would like to be considered as a potential supplier, please send us a concise company profile. Include your company name, location, product or service offering, key certifications, and contact details. You can email us at sales@packmold.in with the subject line "Supplier enquiry" or use our Contact page and select or mention that your enquiry is supplier-related.

We review all enquiries but may not be able to respond to every submission immediately. If your capabilities align with our current or planned needs, we will get in touch to discuss next steps, which may include questionnaires, samples, or visits. We do not accept unsolicited samples or marketing materials by post unless we have requested them; please wait for our response before sending physical items.

Confidentiality and terms

Any information you submit will be treated as non-confidential unless we have signed a separate confidentiality agreement. Do not send proprietary or confidential technical data until we have agreed in writing to protect it. Our evaluation of suppliers is subject to our internal policies and any applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Becoming a supplier to Packmold is subject to contract and our standard procurement terms, which we will share when we decide to proceed.
